You will receive a notification when an interested Guest sends you a booking request or message. To view and respond to the message, follow the below steps.
- Once you are logged in, click “Messages” on the top right corner of your screen.
- Click the name of the Guest you'd like to respond to in the left-hand navigation bar.
- Respond to the request by typing a message in the text box at the bottom of your screen and clicking the blue 'Send' button.
Note: Remember that you can learn more about the Guest by clicking on their profile picture or name to review their profile.
