After your listing is reviewed it will be visible on our explore listings page. When a Guest is interested in your listing, they will send you a ‘booking request.’ You will be alerted of their request via email and text message. You can view the request and the Guest's profile by logging into Nesterly or simply clicking the provided links in your email notification.
After viewing the request, you can choose to either message the Guest back or decline their request. We encourage you to check your messages promptly as pending booking requests expire after four days.
How do I increase my chances of receiving a booking request?
- Include 5-10 photos of your home (bedroom, bathroom, living spaces, outdoor spaces).
- Price your homeshare affordably. Not only will you be recognized with our Civic Leader Badge, but this is the surest way to get the attention of interested Guests.
