All successful homesharing arrangements begin with clear, open, and honest communication. Designed to facilitate critical conversations before move-in, our customizable homesharing agreement is tailored to meet specific rules set by your municipality or state.
Once you initiate a booking with a potential housemate, you will be prompted to fill out the agreement. After digitally completing and signing the agreement, it will automatically be sent to the Guest for their review and signature.
When both Host and Guest have signed the document, it will be available to download under “Your Bookings” in the Host Dashboard and under the Bookings tab for Guests.
